"The Power and Authority of Your Call"

Salut everyone!

So this past week marked my one year anniversary of being a missionary! Yay! I can't beleive it has been a year already. It truly has been a crazy ride. There has been ups and downs but I have loved this past year of my life :)

So at the beginning of our week we went on exchanges with the Liège Sisters. I was with the Beautiful Sœur Egan. We went finding the whole time and it was great! We talked to so many people! We were able to see some many miracles through out this whole exchange. Sœur Egan is a great example of Bold but not overbearing. I learned a lot from her that I will apply into my missionary work.

Then well for the rest of the week we did a lot of finding due to us not doing in Brussels for the first have the week. We meet so many cool people. I feel like there are cool people everywhere.... they are all children of god so duh they are cool :) but like seriously though we were able to find a few new amis this week and we will be seeing them next week. Also one of our amis Gaby has a baptismal date! He is so cool and he is so ready for the gospel. I am excited to see him progress :)

Cool thing that happened this week. Our BEAUTIFUL Meredith so generously helped us with our French again. I need to get better at the pronunciation of the French Words. But it will come :) Honestly Everything was cool so like yeah.

The biggest and best thing that happened this past week was the baptism of Marc! It was so awesome! So the baptism was on Sunday because it was easier for Marc and for the members to come. Marc was late to church and he wasn't answering our phone calls so I was freaking out. It was funny seeing the bishops face when he was looking around the assembly for Marc.... yeah he wasn't there at that time but he came in! It was good! His baptism was pretty beautiful experience. Also the 2nd Counselor in the Relief Society Presidency of the church was at church and she came to the baptism. There was a general authority at our baptism. Taught the little children on Sunday as well! It was so fun and we went around hugging everyone. Quelle joie.

This week I have been studying a lot about the power and authority of a missionary call. I sometimes get scared or nervous to talk to people or say something because I don't know the out come. But after reading the first chapter of Preach my Gospel and Some Chapters in the Book of Mormon, I was able to truly understand that I don't need to be afraid to do this things because if I trust in god and he has given me the authority to be his missionary. I am a representative of Jesus Christ and i need to help people to come closer to him. Follow the Spirit and you will never go wrong.

Well I truly love you all! I will be going to Paris for Mission Council and have an exchange this week! Also we are really busy for the rest of the week with rendez-vous! Super excited to teach all these amazing people!
Bonne Semaine!

Bisous!
