Lemons into Lemonade

Bonjour!

This week was full of prayers and We saw miracles.
Well this week was super fun and super hmm....idk the word. Interesting.
It all started Monday night, yes the beginning of the week. We were doing service for one of our amis and while we were doing that Sœur Peterson lost one of our phones! She was sitting in the tram and it slipped out of her pocket. We called and a man answered! We tried to talk to him and figure out how we could get the phone but it didn't work. So imaginez-vous, Two sister missionaries just looking around Brussels on a Monday night when Belgium is Playing Japan... yeah we had no luck. We are going to but a new one this week :)
Well had another exchange this week. I was will the amazing Sœur Carlson in Liège! It was a good exchange! I loved getting to see her and getting to see Liege. I loved the people that we visited and it was so fun:) And it was the 4th of July! And my Companion loves the 4th of July! We did a special fete for her at the end of a day with a mouse cake, candles, and singing the start spangled banner. Super awesome :)
The next couple of days Sœur Peterson was sick :( so we spent some time inside. But we saw Madlyn!  We were finally about to see her! She won't be getting baptized on the 14th. She still wants to get baptized and investigate the church but she is just wants more time to think. We will be seeing her again this week and answering all of her questions that she has. Marc was able to come to church. He first said no he couldn't because of the trams not working. I was like you are coming to church and I gave him a new way to get to the church he came. He Is doing Well.
Something that was a really miracle this week, we have an investigator named Thi. She is an awesome Vietnam and we meet her about a month ago. We meet her at 5 pm which was right after church. It honestly was one of the most spiritual lessons. We talked to her about the plan of salvation and later we found out that she had lost her children. We testified that she would see her children again and we know she will. She cried and she wanted to know more of how she can see them again. She was touched by the spirit. It strength my testimony that we will see our family after this life and that the plan of salvation is the plan of happiness. I know that we will see our loved ones again.

Love you all,

Sœur Devyn Pischer
