Well Hello Everyone!
Ok this week I have done so much walking and talking this week than I have done in my whole life! But it was rewarding!:) We have a ton of first rendez-vous this up coming week and that is so exciting!
We had some awesome rendez-vous with a new ami on Tuesday! He was an old ami from the elders and we decided to call him. Surprisingly he was so willing to meet with us and we had a lesson! Hopefully we can have another rendez-vous with him this week. Then we had our first "skype" lesson with an ami! I was really scared at first because I didn't know if we would understand what Alpha was going to say but everything went really well! Alpha is awesome and he is really searching for the truth. We had rendez-vous with him today. The most wonderful thing ever was Yannick, a past ami, told us he was interested in continuing with lessons! It was so awesome! Right before our rendez-vous with Chrispelle, Yannick wanted to ask us questions about baptism and that he was still interested in the lessons! Yannick came to church with Chrispelle too! Heavenly Father really does prepare his people when they are ready to receive the gospel❤ I never thought how much love you can have for other people and how happy you will be when you see them progressing with the gospel.
We were able to see Juliana again! She is doing great and she is great as always:) we also got to see Pascal and Aline again this week. I really love them so much and they are an amazing family. I really hate it to see people struggle but we will continue to work with them:) we saw SÅ“ur Albert this week again! I love her. her testimony is so strong and she is just an example to me. we weren't able to see the Quints this week sadly. But Jean-Baptiste came to church and we will be seeing the family Quint this Wednesday. :)
Some cool things this this week was we did an activity with the young women which I will talk about soon:) that was really fun. SÅ“ur Inman is so hilarious and she makes me laugh all the time particularly when we are just have been finding a lot then she will start talking about some random thing! It is just so funny:) Nothing else too exciting this week. Oh wait! I forgot, have to explain the title, we got stopped by the police in Fayet. They asked us what we were doing and we had to give them some ID so they could look us up:) They let us go and that was the most terrifying thing ever but I survived. So today we are just taking a relaxing day watching approved movies, a rendez-vous, emails, cleaning, and food shopping!
This next week we have a TON of rendez-vous' planned with amis, members, and less actives! We also will be in Ham, Busigny, and Bohain this week for rendez-vous'! It will be so fun and really cool to go outside of St. Quentin a bit to do some missionary work:) We also have a 'Venez et Voyez' coming up in December that we are preparing for, I will give more details soon:)
